Information you provide directly. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share, which may include your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the message or project details you write.
Booking and session information. When you book studio time, our scheduling provider collects the information needed to confirm your session, such as the service or session type you select, the date and time, and your name, email, and phone number if the booking flow requires them. Any notes or questions you add during booking are collected as well.
Analytics and usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect general usage information such as pages viewed, the type of device and browser you use, and general (non-precise) location information. We also record certain interactions, like clicks on booking, pricing, phone, and contact links, and the event that a contact form was submitted. We do not intentionally collect the contents of your form messages, your name, or your email into our analytics.

We use Cal.com to handle scheduling and bookings. If a payment or deposit is required for your booking, it is handled by a third-party payment processor. In that case, the payment provider processes your payment, and Ocean Blue Recording Studio does not directly store your full card details. These third-party providers maintain their own privacy policies and terms, which govern how they handle your information.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use our site. This helps us see how much traffic we receive and which pages and interactions are most helpful. Our conversion tracking records actions such as booking button clicks, phone clicks, pricing clicks, and the event that a contact form was submitted, but it does not record the contents of your form messages.
