Booking Policies
- Session start times must fall between 10 AM and 12 AM (midnight). For example, a 12 AM–3 AM session is acceptable, but 3 AM–6 AM is not permitted.
- For overnight sessions, please verify availability with us before booking.
- If you request a specific engineer, confirm their availability before making your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session incur a 50% fee of the total session cost.
- Rescheduling on the day of the booking is not allowed.
- If you do not cancel, reschedule, or show up for your session, no refund is issued and the session hours cannot be transferred.
Studio Rules
- Payment: Full payment is required before the session begins.
- Smoking: Permitted — please dispose of all ashes in the designated ashtrays.
- Cleanliness: Clients are responsible for maintaining a clean workspace. A $25 cleaning fee applies if the studio is not left in proper condition.
- Equipment: Do not unplug or move any studio equipment without prior approval from management.
- Capacity: A maximum of 10 people are allowed per session unless prior authorization is granted.
- Security: The front gate must remain closed and locked at all times.
- Loitering: Loitering in front of the studio is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in termination of the session without a refund. Thank you for respecting our space.
